Sunday Evening
Opening Reception
This is a great opportunity to munch and mingle with new and
old acquaintances. A cash bar will be available and hors d’oeuvres
(with a Saskatchewan flavour) will be served. Come and relax
after the pre-conference workshops and get the conference
off to a great start.

of the river and meet fellow conference participants.
Monday
Fun Run or Walk
Join us for a fun 5 kilometer walk or run (or longer, for
you faster runners) along the beautiful South Saskatchewan
River.
Thematic Breakfasts
Enjoy a continental breakfast while networking, sharing experiences
and problem-solving with fellow colleagues. Facilitators will
lead informal discussion groups on particular topics . A table
and number will be assigned for each topic. Please check at
the registration desk if you are interested in (1) facilitating
a discussion, or (2) joining one of the groups.
Conference Banquet (Ticket
required)
Join your colleagues at the fascinating Western Development
Museum. Explore Boomtown (Saskatoon in 1910), enjoy the foods
of the region, and relax with the entertainment.

Tuesday
Birdwatching along the River
Bring your binoculars and view the birds of the central migration
flyway.
The CES Awards Luncheon
The CES Awards recognize excellence amongst our distinguished
colleagues. In addition to showing support for leaders in
the evaluation community, the luncheon is a prime time to
network.
